I am writing to thank you for a very enjoyable and highly instructive course at your SIPschool in Minnesota from 25 - 27th January 2010.
I established my company SIPs Industries in Scotland ten years ago, and am a founder member of the UK SIPs association. I also serve on the technical committee of SIPA UK.
At SIPs Industries we are committed to constantly improving our techniques and the skills of our operation; for this reason I decided to attend your SIPschool in Minnesota. I picked up a wide variety of very useful details and techniques used in the states. I found the knowledge base of the SIPschool to be very extensive and backed by a large pool of experience, and would definitely recommend you.
I must also add that the weather conditions gave me an added appreciation of your detailing methods with regards to air-tightness of the SIPs structure!

I have spent roughly three decades in a highly technical field and have attended many topic specific training courses throughout that time. Not since attending the SIPschool Installer Certification Workshop (SIP`s 301) have I been so completely and absolutely DELIGHTED in the quality of training. You and your staff demonstrated a level of expertise that would be impossible to obtain from a book. The wealth of knowledge you`ve acquired throughout so many years in the SIP industry quickly became obvious, not only in your classroom materials and presentations, but in the field building exercises as well.
The value of the "hands on" building exercises is immeasurable. I`ve seen some of the common techniques in my research on the web. However those websites did not show the little "tricks" that we learned in your course. It is those little tricks that will help me provide my clients with solid and quality SIP installations. Perhaps more importantly, your continued emphasis on safety could possibly save property, life or limb. Maybe my own.
I highly recommend your course to anyone interested in learning how to properly and safely install and seal a SIP structure. As I said in person, I think your course is a tremendous value. It very well may be the best money I`ve ever spent.
I offer you my sincerest gratitude for making the SIPschool possible. Before registering for your course I did quite a bit of research and sought knowledge from within the industry. Many people in the industry explained to me that "you were the guy". I`ve heard those very words "you were the guy" several times from different people in different places. You should be proud to know that people throughout the industry hold you in such very high regard, not only professionally but on a personal level as well. I am honored to say that you deserve every good word spoken.
I also want to give special mention and thanks to your wife and children for their exceptional hospitality and for their talents in the kitchen. You have a remarkable family! Martha Stewart and June Cleaver LOOK OUT!
"Kudos for the great operation you`ve got going up there in WV. The school was worth every penny and then some. Much thanks to everyone up there. Thanks also for giving my name to John Carroll in South Carolina. I`ve already been in contact with him and been out to look at a job site with him. I`ll be working with/for him on that project at the end of June. I`ve also had brief contact with Charley Byrd. Thanks for that hook-up as well. You weren`t kidding when you said that following the class and getting our names in the pipeline the phone would start ringing!"

"It was great meeting you last week, and great seeing Al and Glenn again... it was a terrific experience, very useful to get other angles of attack of construction, share tips/tricks/techniques with other experienced professionals, very helpful to get some hands-on with methods and structures not typically found out here (structural roofs, for example) and I`m looking forward to being able to tap into the (now much) larger network of peers as I move forward."
